Future Homes is an independent new homes builder specialising in high quality homes in Thanet. With exciting expansion plans, we are now looking for an enthusiastic PA/administrator to support the sales and marketing team.
Experience in the property industry is essential, along with an understanding of the role sales and marketing both play in helping people move into their dream home. The position is based at our offices in Broadstairs as part of the Sales and Marketing team and requires some time on our construction sites as needed, to liaise with everyone in the team that brings our homes to life.

Key requirements are:
• High standard of both written English and maths
• Ability to deal with customers and suppliers by telephone using excellent communication skills
• Accuracy in all administrative functions
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Lateral thinking when challenges arise
• Hands-on, “can do” approach to every situation
• Ability to work independently whilst being receptive to feedback
• Confidence in working with colleagues across the business

We always looking for competent technical managers to deal with pre contract matters, de-risking the project from planning to technically ready. Managing the design team until technically approved so we ready to start work promptly on site.
