The Fairways show home - now open

The Fairways, a sensitive renovation of the former Kingsgate College, adds 18 luxurious apartments to the neighbourhood in a desirable wooded setting with views of the bay and the well-known North Foreland lighthouse.

Abode, a specialised interior design firm, created the show home with style, and Broadstairs-based Smallbone Interiors created the kitchens.
The picture is completed with Porcelanosa tiling, herringbone Karndean flooring, and Italian built-in wardrobes and dressing rooms by Venetian masters Dall'Agnese.
